Nominations will be accepted until October 16, 2023 at 11:59pm ET. Please note that the nominations should reflect programs, initiatives, and work which took place between September 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to create an account to submit a nomination?

Yes. Before you enter any information, Submittable will prompt you to create an account. You will then be able to manage your submissions.

Can I nominate myself?

Of course! You may nominate yourself or your peers.

Can I submit more than one nomination?

Yes. You may nominate multiple individuals for each award. At the end of each award submission, you will be asked if you would like to nominate an additional individual. Click “yes” and a set of questions will appear.

If you would like to nominate more than one company for an association/organizational award, please fill out separate forms.

Is there a recommended length for each question in the nomination form?

Yes. Suggested word counts can be found next to every question. We recommend providing the judges with as much detail as possible.

What is the time frame/scope of projects, events and initiatives eligible for nomination?

Nominations should reflect programs, initiatives, and work which took place between September 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023.

What is the deadline to submit a nomination?

October 16, 2023. This deadline will NOT be extended.

Who judges the awards?

All submissions for the association/organizational awards are reviewed and scored by the Ohio Society of Association Professionals.

Do I have to finish the entire nomination form at one time?

No. Once you make an account to fill out a nomination, anything you add to your form will be autosaved until you submit, allowing you to come and go as you please.
